Participating in daily exercise will assist with enhancing your “Fire Body”.
2019 is the year to release your Phoenix Silhouettes.
I have decided to embark on a fitness journey to change my body for the better. There were so many inspirational YouTubers with less than 1000 subscribers. Their journeys were amazing. In mind, I thought if they can do it and put a video out for the world to see, I can do it and blog about it on my website.
December 31st, 2018, I left work at 5:30 pm and went to work out at the gym. The facility was EMPTY. This was perfect for me. I would get it in at my own pace and with my music playing as loud as I wanted to which only helped me go harder than ever. I burned 580 calories in 45 mins.
I will be working out at least 2 - 3 days a week. I would like 4 days a week but I need to make it a habit first before I set myself up for failure.
My prior experiences with personal trainers have given my the knowledge to get in the gym and use the equipment properly but it’s holding myself accountable. I can easily talk myself out of doing the last set or last few reps.
By blogging my journey on my website, I hold myself accountable and I hopefully encourage at least one other person to join in challenging themselves to get to the next level and meet their fitness goals.
I will update the blog monthly.
Exercise Plan for January:
45 mins - 60 mins of Total Body HIIT
I will be using minimal equipment i.e. jump rope, 8 - 20 lbs dumbbells and exercise ball. My cardio will come from jumping jacks, high knees and kicks, burpees, and running on treadmill. I will keep it simple and monitor my progress until I hit a plateau.
I weigh 170 lbs. I wear a size 10. I do not plan on taking any measurements. I will monitor my progress through my clothing and watching my body transform. My goal is to get back to 150 lbs or less and be in the best shape of my adult life.
